Item 1.
Conference Committee: Corrections — Item A Agenda Topic Consider a request to include content in existing A.A. literature on sponsorship of persons in custody by outside members of the Fellowship.
Historical Context; Why is it on the Agenda? The International Corrections Meeting in Alcoholics Anonymous made a proposal (which is in the background) that content regarding sponsorship of persons in custody by outside members of the Fellowship be added to existing A.A. literature. The proposal notes that there is a lack of information in AA literature regarding sponsorship of persons in custody by A.A. members not in custody (on the “outside”). They note that persons in custody and corrections professionals have requested outside sponsors.
What does the Delegate need to know?
Does your group have any additions or suggestions regarding the service piece on sponsorship of persons in custody that will be added to the Corrections Workbook? Should A.A. update other literature to include content about sponsorship of persons in custody by outside members of the Fellowship? If yes, which items of literature? If no, why not?

Public Information Item C
Agenda Topic Review progress report on the development of a GSO Podcast.
Historical Context; Why is it on the Agenda?
The Public Information (P.I.) committee is in the process of developing a service
material-themed podcast, as directed by the 2021 General Service Conference.
The committee released a survey about the pilot episode to the corporate boards and office
staff and feedback was positive.

What does your group want to hear in a GSO Podcast? What kind of topics or
information about GSO would your group like to hear in a podcast format?
Item 3.
Conference Committee: Public Information — Item R Agenda Topic Consider request to implement an Alcoholics Anonymous World Services, Inc. Instagram account.
Historical Context; Why is it on the Agenda? The Communication Services Department, along with the guidance of the Public Information Desk recommends the creation, implementation, and management of an official Alcoholics Anonymous World Services (A.A.W.S.) Instagram account. This Instagram account would: highlight the GSO Podcast (with scheduled posts to build awareness of upcoming episodes); share updates from G.S.O. (such as calendars and upcoming events etc.
What does the Delegate need to know?
